My husband and I love Vinnie's! The steaks are the most tender, melt in your mouth, steaks in Raleigh. Love Chef Tom's seasonal soups, desserts and vegetable sides, local farm fresh produce makes them even better! The wine list is extensive and wonderful. The service is flawless every time and I agree with the previous review that describes the atmosphere as a "Rat Pack" feel, I wanted to wrap the review up with my favorite things, but it's so hard! Love the seasonal desserts, fall menu's Butternut Squash Soup (is possibly my favorite thing), Gouda Potatoes are delish, wine tasting dinners are fabulous, the petite filet, and Tuesdays. Don't really want to share, but this restaurant deserves the review.

Its a "mini" Smith and Wollensky/Mortons type place. Rat pack pictures, dark paneled walls, etc....a little small but tables are not right on top of each other. Expensive, $40 - $50 for a steak and the sides are all al la carte so with a beer and/or glass of wine along with a side, appetizer, you are looking at $70 per person most likely. Its a good steak and if you are in the area and looking for that type of meal, Vinnies is a good choice
