My wife and I eat here on a regular basis. The food is consistently good. I haven't had a bad dish. The food comes quickly and always comes out just like I wanted. This is our go-to place. Don't miss it!

We have tried others but we always agree they are OK but not as good as Lemongrass. Lemongrass is consistently fresh, clean and flavorful. They may not have as many menu options as other restaurants but the entire menu is top notch. I especially much prefer Lemongrass over other "fusion" restaurants that try to cover various asian foods. If you want Thai food go to a Thai restaurant! Lemongrass is a small, friendly, family operation. Don't expect exceptional service especially if it is busy but it is adequate and the staff makes the effort. The prices are very reasonable. The decor is simple and understated. Outdoor seating is typical strip mall sidewalk parking lot style. I go here for the food and the family appreciates the vegetarian options. It is one of my top five places for a meal!

Have been here for lunch and dinner, always the same quelity and taste. Consistency is what makes me go back, the service is great and food is excellent, no long waits. They exced my expectations each time and the friendly waitress and authentic flavors transport me back to Tahiland. Cant wait to go back

Lemongrass Thai is like finding a neighborhood restaurant in Chiang Mai. It's tiny, it's relatively undiscovered, it's very chill, and the food is as authentic-tasting as anything you'd find in country. In a word: brilliant.

Yes, it's tucked into a tacky strip mall between a tanning salon and a knitting store. Yes, it's only got a handful of tables and usually only one server. And yes, you're not going to find sticky rice and mango on the menu (darn it!). But what it lacks in location and dessert options it more than makes up for in sheer taste. But more about that later. Let's talk about the atmosphere.

If you're looking for a relatively quiet spot for a quick lunch, a date night, or a meal with friends, you've come to the right place. The service is attentive and polite. There seem to always be free tables. You might even be serenaded with Asian-language Disney tunes from the speakers overhead (a lot less intrusive than it might sound). Because of its lack of prominence, Lemongrass maintains the feeling of a secret hideout, a place only discovered by word of mouth or sheer fortune, and this plays into their favor. They exist because of repeat business, and that business is driven almost exclusively by the well-earned, glowing reviews passed on by their customers. What ensures those positive reviews, above all else, is the food.

Take it from a Thailand travel pro, the food here tastes like the real thing. The minor taste profile elements that many Americanized Thai joints overlook are happily present at Lemongrass. The menu is neither too big nor too small, offering an adequate array of dishes from all ends of the spectrum (try the Beef Panang Curry!). Prices are slightly elevated from the inexpensive Thai food set (about $12-15 for a dinner entree), but portions are substantial and piping hot. A word to those who like their spicy level elevated: you will get what you want here. Cool it down with one of the best Thai iced teas in town.

If you're looking to relive the cuisine of your latest Asian travel, or you just want a tasty and affordable nibble, it's worth the excursion to find Lemongrass Thai. Taste buds, you're welcome.

Hidden away in a shopping center on Litchford Road is a wonderful Thai restaurant. We love the pad thai. Very nice staff, always attentive. Good value, too.
