Description: P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang’s chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Love pretty much the whole menu...everyone has always been so nice and I've never had a complaint! If only they catered...that would be so great

Love the food, but it is just too loud in PF CHangs to enjoy dining. The service is good and the food is always consistent.

I liked the location...it wasn't far from the hotel...1 exit from the hotel. The food should have been better, because it usually is. The restaurant was busy, but that is normal so it should not be the reason for the food not being better than average. The flavor was not there...almost as if they rushed the food. I will not hold this against the other locations, but I will not be so quick to eat at this one again.

Our last visit to P.F. Chang's was OK., but I was not overly impressed. It was difficult to get seating and we ended up sitting at the bar/improvised food seating. Be sure to have the waiter/waitress to carefully explain the sauces, or, better yet to sample them. One thing that is a plus is a designed three course meal. Single dishes vary in their appeal.
