“great server”

I want to let the owner's of Cafe Tiramisu we had the best service and dining experience, Our server's name was Duane. He was very attentive, without being intrusive. Duane was very helpful in selecting wine and offered suggestion outside the standard menu choices. We have dined at Cafe Tiramisu before and recieved only mediocre service. We are looking forward to our next visit with you and Duane.

“One of the best food experiences we've ever had”
Reviewed April 1, 2012 via mobile

During an overshot stay in Raleigh, my wife and I found Cafe Tiramisu on Tripadvisor and figured we would try it based on it's reviews and proximity to the hotel. We were concerned when we found the restaurant resident in a strip mall rather than a detached building.

All of our concerns were laid to rest once our waiter introduced himself and the dining experience began. We ordered an old vine they offerred, the grilled ravioli antipasti, osso bucco, and the pork loin chop. Each of our entrees came with pasta on the side. It is difficult to express just how much flavor each dish had. We had to hold ourselves back from picking our plates up and licking them clean. The care that the staff put into service, preparation, and experience was apparent the entire time.

After talking about it during the ride home, we had decided that this experience put Cafe Tiramisu in the top 5 dining experiences of all time. All of this at less than $100 (including the bottle of wine). Amazing!

“Wonderful Italian restaurant”
Reviewed March 23, 2012

My husband and I dined at Cafe Tiramisu this week. It is a small restaurant with an outdoor patio. The service was wonderful and the menu had so many good choices we were struggling to decide. After conferring with the waiter, we had the shrimp and cheese dip, veal marsala and the spinach and ricotta ravioli. Everything was wonderful. Cafe Tiramisu is a hidden gem to which we will definitely return.

“Great Italian - small space!”
Reviewed February 14, 2012

Great food, good atmosphere, and we are so lucky to have it in our backyard! The wine list was great, the food was wonderful, and the service was awesome. We very rarely have the time or money to spend a romantic, relaxed dinner together, so it was a real treat to enjoy dinner at Cafe Tiramisu. We wanted to take our time eating and we never felt rushed. The wine selection was varied, and had a good selection of modest to moderate to expensive wines. And, being that it was called Cafe Tiramisu we had to sample the tiramisu. It was wonderful! Highly recommended!
