The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is great. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Including the ear plugs that come standard in every room. This hotel in a part of town that is very busy from about 10p-3am, and the rooms facing the street experience all the noise and music, it was very hard to sleep the 2 days we were there. Only being 6 months old, you think there would be some kind of noise reduction system in place. It's a shame, because this hotel is awesome in every other way, but I wouldn't stay there again.

This is a new hotel in a nice location and i would have given it a 5, but I was not allowed to check-in at 1:30 PM (strict rule about 3 PM). I have seldom been denied an early check-in and this was especially irritating, as we had traveled from Savannah, GA to here. We wanted to use this as our base when visiting our son who lives close by in Raleigh, but if this happens all the time, we will take our business elsewhere. I'm a Hilton Honors member, but certainly didn't get treated like one.

That being said, the hotel was very nice and we were impressed that the rooms had stand alone showers rather than tub/shower a combination.

This Hampton is well decorated and maintained. It's super clean and cozy, with the widest corridor among the Hampton Inns I ever stayed. Although it doesn't have on-site parking, the hotel didn't charge us for parking. The only down side is that it's a little bit pricy.

Stayed at this hotel due to the location for a family wedding, the family was very impressed by the standard of this hotel, we had a problem with our room and was immediately rectified by Tony at the front desk. rooms are very clean but do not expect a great view out of the window at the hotel you either get the building in front of you or the wasteland at the back. apart from that the location is great. Another plus this hotel has recycle facilities.

My husband and I stayed here due to the proximity of the hotel to the attractions we had planned to attend. It was very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it had one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in away from home. The room was advertised as spacious but was not all that spacious. For the extra price we paid, the parking should have been free but had to pay 6.00 a day for that. We would consider staying here again but would definitely check for something a little less pricey first.

This hotel was very neat and clean. Room was large and beds were truly comfortable. The price was a good value if you have a membership in a discount club. Parking is across the street from the hotel, which is a little inconvenient but a safe garage space. The morning breakfast offer had several choices for anyone and the coffee was very good. If your going to or thru Raleigh this is worth the stay.

My daughter had her wedding in Raleigh in early March 2013 at a nearby country club. We reserved a 35 room block for both sides of the family for the weekend and made arrangements to use the hospitality room downstairs. Overall, the experience was great.

The hotel is NOT YOUR GRANDFATHER'S HAMPTON INN. It is a very modern building, with beautiful layout and decorations. The ceilings in the first level must be 20+ ft. It is located in one of the best parts of Raleigh within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment establishments. The suites are better value than a regular Marriot or Hilton.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience over the long weekend. The rooms are spacious, the staff was gracious and very accommodating. In particular, Chris McNair, the business director was awesome in arranging the room block and helping us navigate the process of reserving a large room block. He always delivered more than he promised. Sam, one of the night crew, was very helpful in helping set up the Hospitality area. It was a bonus that I could speak to him in Arabic. Josh and others at the front desk were spectacular. They were always very willing to help give advice about the hotel and surroundings.

If there was one issue, a few people in the group complained about noise from nightclubs late at night that can be heard in some rooms. Personally, I slept very well every night.

I would like to thank the staff at the hotel for giving our family such a great experience.
