Fantastic service, incredible food, and off the charts Margs! This is a N. Raleigh must....period. Great for kids, but go early. Awesome social scene - lively, upbeat, fun, happy people all enjoying top tier fare. If you like spicy, ask your server to spice it up for you...and yes, go ahead and order that next top shelf margarita!

“Excellant!!!”

Customers took me lunch here and it was awesome! Very unique, lots of outdoor seating, great food and service but a little pricey. However you get what you pay for. Will return!

“Fabulous fusion of Mexican flavors! Beautiful plate presentations.”
Reviewed July 22, 2014

What a great dinner experience!
We ate outside (6 people). The service was great and fast!
Great and fresh chips with hot salsa .
The menu has amazing Mexican dishes with fabulous fusion flavors.
We had the Quesadilla and the Callo de Hacha ( tacos of scallops). Fascinating flavor. The cilantro rice was out of this world (combination of cilantro and poblano pepper with corn).
The chile relleno ( poblano pepper with fajita meat) with black beans was outstanding. The plate presentation was a piece of art. The Mexican flag ( enchiladas filled with meat, one with chicken and one with beans) was outstanding. The sauce was so flavorful.
The chicken nachos was an impressive plate. Excellent flavor and enough for 2 people.
The chili quilmes verdes had a very authentic Mexican flavor.
The flavors of every dish were fabulous. The hospitality great.
Never had to wait for water.
Plenty of different beers to chose from and the margaritas were excellent.
Loved the place. A great Mexican restaurant and amazing dinner experience.
Definitely a Mexican restaurant to visit if you are looking for great, upscale Mexican food with flavor.

“Wow! ”

What a great place for not your ordinary Mexican restaurant. We had the guapo buritto with plantains and funky scallop tacos. Great margaritas and good selection of beer and tequila. Fun atmosphere and excellent service.

“Yum!”
Reviewed July 21, 2014

Great food! We started with traditional margaritas and spicy jalapeño mojitos. Appetizers were cheese dip (we asked for jalapeños on the side and got fresh peppers - so good) and guacamole. Both very good. At the table, we had the chile relleno, beef and chicken tacos. The sides we chose were the salad (a great size - not too big, but a nice change from other salads. It had pumpkin seeds in it and orange slices. Yum!) and the tortilla soup. The soup was fantastic. My daughter almost wished she had only ordered a bowl of that and not the tacos but when the tacos came she managed to devour those too. The tacos were served three to a plate. Although they were smaller than typical tacos, they each had a slice of avocado on them and plenty of meat. I could only finish two. For dessert we had a fried something or other with ice cream. It was great! All in all, a wonderful experience.
