Laid back evening started on the patio with a cool breeze, half price appetizers for happy hour, Beer, wine AND liquor specials, a great Thurs evening band (Jason Adamo Band), great service from the bartender Lauren (who kicked butt with service recovery on a customer misinterpretation !!!) and a yummy great steak sandwich! Will definitely return-perfect local hangout, Danny (co-owner) was present and interested in customer feedback. Think we will see more positive comments for this under-recognized location!!!

The food and service were great! Excellent margarita's.
The setting was quiet in an awkward way. I like that there are plenty of comfortable booth's, but since the large booth's surround the tiny tables and chairs on the floor, they give the feeling of being on stage. No one was sitting at the floor tables, and when the hostess wanted to seat us there, we asked for a booth., which she happily granted.

Four of us went to Fork and Barrel for dinner on a recommendation. This place makes their own potato chips and serves a small bowl of them right away . They are among the best house made chips I have ever had. Two of us had the House burger which comes with your choice of potato chips, garlic fries, or another side. The burger was good sized, well seasoned and juicy, if a bit sloppy to eat owing to the gorgonzola cheese sauce and bacon. It is served on a brioche bun. The other two ordered the turkey burger which I had the opportunity to try. It was also juicy and well seasoned. The garlic fries were hot, crispy and fairly garlicky and I will order them again the next time I eat there.

We also ordered the oyster appetizer which is good and well presented and is served with a tasty cream sauce - definitely worth ordering if you like oysters.

My only warning about this place is noise. If you are going to be there on a night when there is any kind of game on TV, ask the hostess to not seat you in the bar area as it can get quite loud, making conversation difficult.

The service was good - maybe just a bit on the slow side, but we were not in a hurry. I will go back and will recommend it to others.
