Stayed here for two weeks on business. Hotel was clean and the staff very courteous and firendly. They were not always staffed appropriately (the bartender was also the cook and sometimes the front desk employee). However, they were always very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Did not get WIFI in the rooms until the second week and it did not always work. The breakfast buffet and "dinner" buffet were good even great considering it was free. Location was close to shopping and dinning. Would stay again if in area.

We stopped here on our way back to Canada from Myrtle Beach to take a Carolina Hurricane hockey game. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The parking was free. Free Wi Fi in the rooms. The hotel was within 5 min walk of the excellent Crabtree mall. It was a nice leisurely 13min drive to the hockey game.
The included evening appetizers were OK and appreciated. The included breakfast was also OK and appreciated. The rooms were clean and large(we had the 1 BR suite) with 2 T.V.'s. full fridge and microwave, full plates, glasses and cutlery.
It was easy to access the highway from this location.

Room Tip: Pay the extra and get the 1 BR instead of a studio.

As noted on other reviews, Marriott has not done a good job with WiFi. The good news - the hotel provided hard-wired connection cables for our 2 laptops and there were 2 outlets in the room. The maid service was above average for Marriott properties. The room decor is the new residence inn style with granite countertops. Hotel is very convenient to crabtree valley mall (across the street). There are a number of grocery stores relatively nearby - closest harris teeter is about 6 minutes away.

Thank you for staying with us here at Residence Inn Crabtree. Wi Fi has been something that we have been working on for a while. We acually went live with the Wi Fi on March 1 2012. We now have a wired and a wireless option for the hotel. I apologize that we were not able to have this process completed before your recent visit. I hope that when you come back to the area you will choose to stay with us again.

Again thanks for taking the time to fill out a response we look forward to having you come back again and again.

The entire hotel is very nice. The only problem is that there is no WiFi unless you want to go sit in the lobby to do work. A hotel as new as this should absolutely have WiFi available for people that stay a long time. Customers I work with have told me they stopped staying there becuase it just makes the stay inconvenient to have to go to the lobby for WiFi. They unfortunitly must lose 40-50 Stays a month just becuase of the fact there is no WiFi.. Still, really nice employees and great hotel if you are OK with using old Eternet Cables to connect.

Fine Hotel,
Thank you so much for your review. This has been an issue that we have addressed. We will begin the process of installing the wireless access points this week. We are hoping to have this process completed in the next few weeks. I apologize that this process has taken so long, we do value your business and your comments. We hope that when you come back you will see that this process has been completed.
Thank you again for your business and we look forward to a great year with you and your company.

I recently stayed at the hotel for work and was very pleasantly surprised. The people were great, from check in where I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom, to the rooms which are spotless and have all the room you need for a short or long stay. The breakfast was great and they even offered food and drinks in the evening...which was a surprise. All if this for a VERY resonable rate. One other thing I loved...the windows open. I love having some fresh air when I sleep and the area is quiet, even though it is close to everything.

I will be staying here again on my next trip to Raleigh
