This restaurant is a cozy place where one can experience the authentic Turkish/ Mediterranean food taste and atmosphere. I have to say that the food is extremely delicious and the portions are pretty satisfactory. Our group tried Troy mezze platter in which we were served different kinds of traditional healthy food options, as well as clay pot, lamp and chicken shish kebabs followed by baklava (apparently a special and very tasty Turkish dessert). We tried one of the Turkish red wines which was delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful.

In general, we were very satisfied with this restaurant. Definitely a place to be explored..

We have been going to this restaurant for almost 3 years, even through the lean times the owner keeps a smile and delivers great food each time. We have taken several groups of friends and our family from the UK and everyone loves the healthy and tasty dishes.

I liked everything about this place. The decor was warm and pleasant. The music was both Turkish and Greek, adding to the authentic atmosphere. The woman who served us was attentive and helpful. My wife needs gluten free food, and so the server offered to change some of the items on the appetizer tray to make it all gluten free -- we just wish we had brought gluten-free bread or crackers to shovel the hummus with. We had the lamb clay pots, and they were delicious. We have been to several mediterranean places in the Triangle, and this is the best. The neighborhood, "City Market", is also quite pleasant.

Had a Living Social deal to use. Went on a Wednesday night. There was a large group at one table and than about four other tables occupied. We stood in the doorway waiting to be seated no one looked our way. Finally ran down a waitress to ask if they seated us or do we pick a table.Told us to sit anywhere. Took her 15 minutes to come to our table to take the order. We had some questions about the menu, she told us she was new their would have to go ask (like what type of salad dressings they have) 15 minutes later she came back to tell us they only have one type of salad dressing....come on I don't care how long you've been working and you can't remember 1 dressing. We ordered ask for some bread 10 minutes later she came with pita bread very plain no olive for dipping. Than she comes out to tell us they are out of grilled vegetables for one of our plates. Our dinner finally arrived 1 hour after we ordered it. Food was not that great I had the Chicken Shish Keba it was cooked well not dry but the "salad " that came with it was a mound of lettuce and a mound of carrots. My companion ordered the eggplant said it was very spicy and didn't have much cheese in it. The owner I assume came to our table he didn't introduce himself but he apologized for the service and offered us a free dessert or Turkish coffee. I chose the Semolina Pudding it was horrible no taste to it very plain and cold. Gave us coupon to come back. Will not be returning to this restaurant.

The staff was friendly and attentive (perhaps because there were only 2 filled tables in the entire restaurant) however the food was absolutely terrible. I had lasagna and my husband has "Turkish pizza", both of which tasted just like frozen dinners. In fact, my lasagna was cold when it was served.
