Yes, that is correct. $7.00 for a single taco. I was not impressed at all and I am really surprised this place is still open for business with today's economy.

I did like the atmosphere and the place was clean.

I think they need to realize that their price point is TOO HIGH, and I think they would make a better ROI if they just lowered their prices.

I would go back, but only if someone else is paying.

After an evening event in downtown Raleigh we were wondering around looking for somewhere new to eat dinner (we're new to Raleigh) and found Cantina 18... A very good find that is obviously popular with the locals. A real happening place. Lively bar and eating space. Menu is southwestern with unique spins on traditional sounding dishes. Server was very helpful in selecting something that fit what we wanted, and deliveries to the table were fast. Food was very tasty and drinks were great.

We will be back again soon.

This is my favorite Mex/Tex-Mex place in the Triangle. The quality and variety of the food is outstanding every time, to the point where I always have a hard time choosing what to order because EVERYTHING sounds and tastes great! Also, the waitstaff are very friendly, and I've never had to wait a long time (which I will admit is my biggest pet peeve in restaurants). If you are looking for a reasonably-priced, great Mexican restaurant for lunch or dinner in Raleigh, then this is the place to try.

This restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area and a long bar inside-either of these could account for its popularity. As far as Mexican food is concerned though, I plan to indulge my taste for tacos a little more selectively at a restaurant in my own town having realistic prices and no outdoor seating. I don't know if anyone can say I am unreasonable to expect that my chicken burrito have chicken in it. I think I recognized a thin sliver of chicken in the center of the rice packed densely inside the burrito. Tastewise, I noted a few flavors and squished into some sour cream too, but chicken? No.
