Owner description: Marbles Kids Museum is a hands-on, interactive destination that inspires children to be creative thinkers, active learners and confident individuals in today's world. With five galleries and two outdoor escapes, there is no shortage of activity for kids birth to 12 and their families. The campus also features the Wachovia IMAX Theatre at Marbles Kids Museum. This 267-seat giant-screen experience is the only 3D capable IMAX theatre in North Carolina.

My 4, 7 and 10 year old boys loved spending the day here. Kids learn through play at this super fun, colorful, well organized, interactive museum. Highlights included: building a car from plastic parts and racing it, learning about earning money by making, selling and serving pretend pizzas, and playing hockey on a realistic looking court. We did the combo ticket which included an an excellent IMAX 3D documentary. Highly recommend Marbles for families with kids age 10 and under.

My children aged 7 and 9 were completely engrossed at this museum. There are so many fun and educational activities for them - role playing, games, building different things, handicraft, etc. We ended up spending more than 4 hours there.

It is a great place for young kids where to explore and engage their minds. Kids 2 to 8 probably are those who can enjoy it the most. We have been there several times over the years and they change the activities over time. I wish they had more science-related activities.

A very good and reasonably priced outing for a family with kids. We have two girls 10 & 7 and they had a great time. Spent about 2.5 hours there and probably could have spent more time. Great for active minds and to keep kids engaged with imagination and science.

The only bad thing about Marbles is that my middle school child is now too cool/old to go there. Even hen I remind her that we had to go at least once a month until not so long ago...
