Marbles Museum is a wonderful place for young children to experience shapes, sizes, and building along with dressing up. The museum is
always changes in an effort to improve their offerings. The best part is that it is totally hands on.

“Our kids' favorite”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

Our 6 year old and 2 year old love this place. I don't typically go alone, as this place requires man on man coverage. It's a huge indoor space with a ton of fun and interesting things for kids to do. We could easily spend 2-3 hours here. Easily worth the 90 minute drive for us.

“Great for little imaginations!”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

I wouldn't really call this place a museum but an exploratorium. My two year old twins loved all the interactive stations and were excited and busy all day. They seriously could have spent 12 hours straight exploring non-stop. There are so many stations that are creatively put together and well planned. Marbles offers something for all the little ones senses and challenges their creative, logical and physical abilities. I would guess that it wouldn't be suitable for kids much over 10 though. Marbles is a MUST if you have little kids and are in the Raleigh area.

“Lots of Fun”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

We came on a Saturday with a 5/ y/o girl. If we lived in the area, we would probably come regularly. Besides having the normal exhibits, which are all interesting -- grocery store, medical area, water interaction, building blocks, life size chess, they had Radical Recess activities outside - bubbles, games, jumprope. They also had indoor volleyball with a GIANT bouncy ball. The kids store also has amazing selection of educational childrens materials
