My husband and I thought we'd try the "Top of the Tower" for Sunday brunch - a buffet with a view sounded like a fun splurge ($15/person). The restaurant itself was disappointing - its on the top floor, but only takes up about 1/4 of the floor so you definitely don't get a 360 degree view. In fact, the view is pretty weak - especially given that the curtains were almost all shut! What's the point of the 20th story without the view? At least the food smelled good, so we stayed hoping for a filling brunch. Again, disappointment. The omelet bar looked good, but was disgusting. The omelet floated in a buttery, greasy sauce on my plate. The croissants were stale. The potatos were hard. We definitely regretted choosing this restaurant for sunday brunch. Our advice: skip it.
