This exhibit is excellent. Very interesting and affords the opportunity to see a number of rare Porsche automobiles and talk to experts from Porsche about those automobiles.

The exhibit runs through January 20, 2014

“NC Museum of Art, Food for the Soul”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 8, 2013

We very much enjoy the museum. Now featuring Porsche By Design, Seducing Speed very well exhibited. We now have a new wing with 40 Rodin sculptures, not to mention the permanent collection, so comprehensive. Yes Check It Out!

“Beautiful Place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 1, 2013

Take the time out of your busy schedule to visit these 2 amazing buildings! The art is great; again, a very rainy, cold day but the place was just buzzing with visitors. They had a special Porsche exhibit and I think that was drawing a lot of visitors. Be sure to go to both buildings; each has something to offer.

“Impressive Porsche exhibit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 1, 2013 via mobile

Lured in to see the Porsche exhibit & it was all impressive. The staff was very professional & friendly. Loved the availability of free lockers to better enjoy the experience. The downloadable tour enhanced the already informative & educational displays. The gift shop offers reasonably priced items for avid Porsche & car owners. It is well worth the $18 fee.

“The Southeast's major art attraction - NCMA”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 27, 2013

The North Carolina Museum of Art is an outstanding Southeast regional attraction not to be missed on any visit to Raleigh, North Carolina. The NCMA collection includes works "from the Italian Renaissance and baroque periods, Egyptian funerary art, sculpture and vase painting from ancient Greece and Rome, American art of the 18th through 20th centuries, and international contemporary art."

Located on a beautifully created 164-acre Museum Park there are installations of natural beauty arranged throughout the park that promote and celebrate sculpture and an appreciation of the park landscape.

The trendy, enjoyable Iris Café offers delicious dishes to make foodies come back for more ... and the museum gift shop is a unique collection of artsy interesting objects and books for gifting yourself or good friends.
