Grand opening was August 17, 2012. We dined with them the next night, a Saturday, and they were very, very busy. I'm sure that's why the service left a good bit to be desired, and that by now the 'kinks' have been worked out. Besides, we were a party of nine, which makes it difficult to have all meals coming out simultaneously. On the really good side, the food and the menu are awesome, very unique items as well as old favorites, and the environment is delightful. There's a sofa-and-easy chair area while you wait, with a TV; there's a smaller front room and a huge back room with a bar. I had an excellent burger; the menu features chicken and fish items and some unusual new offerings. I will definitely go back and I'm sure the glitches in service have been resolved.
