A wellness retreat that was life changing.

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed May 25, 2023
Skyterra was such a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and responsive to every request. The variety of classes was amazing. The property was beautiful and the cabins were fully appointed. The personalization of the food offered was 5 star. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I were first timers. Not knowing much about Skyterra, we hesitantly joined in on activities. We found the staff absolutely down to earth, friendly and sensitive to our needs.
The emphasis at Skyterra is wellness and not necessarily weight loss. They facilitate muscle/functional movement and training which enhances overall health. Well done Skyterra!!

The staff was very good. The rooms were nice room but kitchen had no pan for heating meals in fact no pans at all. Trainers were very good at accommodating for preexisting injuries I have. There is something for everyone. Classes were good and I loved the swim classes. My daughter enjoyed hiking and horseback riding.
Suggestion it would be fun to have games in the evening: Bingo for prizes, Trivia, Charades in teams.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the classes and that your daughter enjoyed her time with us as well. Thank you too for your suggestions for game nights -- our evening activities are on a lively rotation and include games and other fun events.

We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations concerning the availability of cooking pans in the rooms. I want to assure you that we do have pans available upon request. Our main focus has traditionally been on providing a comprehensive meal service for all three meals, so most of our guests have found they do not require additional cooking utensils in their lodges. However, we understand that different guests have different needs, and we're more than happy to accommodate those upon request.

Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve with each and every stay. We would love another opportunity to serve you better. If your travels bring you back to our area, please reach out to us so we can make your next stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A friend recommended Skyterra as she had previously visited. It was exactly what I needed. I felt wrapped in a bubble of comfort and concern where staff and other guests alike were all there to support each other in a personal journey. I plan to return again in the future.
