This was such a treasure to find tucked in the back of the local library. Being a history buff, I loved looking through their rich collection of artifacts from such a special and unique town in America.

This is a great little place to learn the history of Pinehurst and of golf. What is best about it is the helpfulness of the staff. They will take you to find what you are looking for and are also a wealth of information on other things you may want to know about the area. When in Pinehurst, stop in and see what you will learn. Great place to go on a bad weather day.

This small little building located in the heart of the Village of Pinehurst has a story to tell. Walking through the building you will see artifacts, pictures and more which tell the story of Pinehurst's founding and emergence as the Home of American golf. Over 100 years of history of Pinehurst is contained within this building. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff are always happy to add to your visit. Check out the "sand green" behind the building, you can take a shot and attempt some putts on this "classic" green.

Located in the back of the Givens Library . . .houses a nice collection of Pinehurst history. Interesting stop while tourning the Village.

Somewhat hidden behind the library this is very comprehensive and educational exhibition about the history of golf and the development of Pinehurst as a major golf mecca. Staff is very friendly and eager to help.
