My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our 3 days at the Ocracoke Harbor Inn. The porch on our 2nd floor room faced the harbor with an unobstructed view, so the sunsets were a must-see. The Inn's breakfasts were nice and the beds were comfy. The village of Ocracoke boasts at least half a dozen very good restaurants--we didn't have the same cuisine twice. The beach on the Atlantic side of the island was clean and uncrowded. Families cruised the island on bicycles and golf carts. We had a fine time! When we got home, we found that a WeatherRadio we'd left in the room was waiting for us in the mail--no charge. We'd gladly stay there again.More
