It looked and tasted very fresh, and it was authentic ... the cook/dad speaks only Spanish. He uses the local, fresh fish. The Pineapple Agua Fresca was perfect. Not cheap but reasonable.

Fresh, quality ingredients, delicious food! Highly recommend and I am picky. Was skeptical but SO GLAD we tried it. You will not be disappointed.

Eduardo's is truly a taco stand in a big white van that seems to be parked most of the time or all of the time by the variety store. The fish tacos are the best I have ever had anywhere, and the food is prepared very quickly.

I just wish they had an awning. It can get a bit hot standing in the Ocracoke sunshine, but it's certainly worth it.

There are a few picnic tables nearby for those who want to eat on site. Eduardo's will take orders and is a great choice for those who would like to pick up food to eat on the ferry.

We do not normally stop at roadside stands but other reviews lead us here. They have the best tacos and the prices are good. Lots of the locals came by as well. The island is small so you can get to it in a couple of minutes from anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend the cheesy steak tacos :)

The burritos were very good. We had the tuna and the fish burritos. But for $12.00 each. Thought it was overpriced. I'll make my own for much less! Rice and beans aren't that expensive!
