We ate here twice during our time at OIB. It is a laid back, delish meal. COVID appropriate. Good stuff.

My wife and I ate here once during our trip to Ocean Isle. The food was good and the service was quick.

The restaurant gets 5 stars for location and views, 4 stars for food and 3 stars for Covid, which is most important now, so that was why I ended up with a 3 star review. The location can't be beat, overlooking the water. It's open air, but has a roof, so if it's super hot and sunny or rainy, you are protected and can still enjoy outside eating. The food was pretty good. We shared conch fritters (delicious) and a mahi platter. The mahi was super fresh, but the salsa on top was clearly not home made and a bit gloopy. But high marks for fresh fish. Also a nice beer selection! The Covid precautions were meh. Bartender NOT wearing a mask, customers in line at the bar NOT wearing masks and the tables were not wiped down between customers. Though a bit nervous about covid exposure, we did enjoy lunch.

My husband and I went there twice on our visit to Ocean Isle. The first time was for dinner, the 2nd was for sushi and drinks. We sat outside both times. Bartenders were fun and friendly. The food was good, not the best we had on our trip, but good nonetheless. Views were gorgeous. Atmosphere was good. Drinks were cold. Prices were good. We will go back when we visit Ocean Isle again.

Amazing food! Came here with my family and all of us loved it! We came here the first night we got to Ocean Isle and came back the last night because it was our favorite restaurant the entire trip. We got t-shirts at the gift shop, and sat out by the marsh and watched the sunset while we waited for our table. Amazing service and would recommend to everyone!!
