We love this pier where you can come right off the beach and have a drink or something to eat. This bar/grill has very basic food and drink, but the people are friendly and welcoming and the food is decent. Lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves. We went a few times during our week there, and will definitely return.

“OK”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 4, 2014

Pretty average beach eating experience. Wait staff seemed to not notice we had a 5-year old with us; no kid's menu. Finally came; I had to walk back to hostess for crayons. Food OK; nothing special. Having to pay to walk on pier after having dinner seemed like a rip-off.

great pier.. friendly folks fishing. Bait store is small, hard to move around, they should update that as they are updating the resturant..

“Awesome Breakfast overlooking the ocean!”

Great servers, fun signage, hot cakes are terrific! But you can get fried herring here too ... unique little restaurant perched on a pier (it moves when the waves are rough!) Kids love it.

“Worth the couple bucks!”

It wobbles a little but def worth the price to walk out on and my girls loved fishing off of it!! We make the pier a "must do" every time we go to the Outer Banks!
