We arrived on a Friday night of a long weekend, they were busy but got us right in with the large group that we were. Waiter was very attentive, corrected wrong drink right away, and the waters were always refilled. The food was spectacular, fried pickles were nice and crisp, oysters were crisp outside but succulent inside, and the lobster Mac and cheese is to die for...all around a wonderful start to our weekend, we'll be back!

Very cute and comfortable restaurant. First restaurant we ate in when we got into Nags Head. I was craving some southern food. A little disappointed in the hush puppies and biscuits. Very small and very dry. My greens and cheesy grits were yummy. My partners chicken pot pie was disappointing. The pot pie itself was great but the top was not. It was covered not with a flaky crust but a hard cookie like disk. I think if this restaurant could get a good pastry chef in to do the biscuits and flaky dough up right, this place would be perfect.

This is a great place. We stopped in for lunch and thought it was so great, we left another restaurant to return there for dinner. You feel comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The crab pot pie was super yummy, as well as the fried green beans and broccoli salad . If you really want to splurge, I would get the deep fried moon pie...you might want to share it though! :)

We had dinner at the Firefly tonight. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the price was right,(they have small 'small plates' that are more than adequate) and our server, Margaret, was amazingly helpful and efficient. The hostess not only 'hostessed' but stepped in to help with the little things when the other staff were busy. Best restaurant we've visited in a very long time!
