Food is pretty good for a pizza place, but the waitress (Venessa) we had on 11/5/2012 around 3:45pm needs some training in customer relations. Maybe she was new or maybe not, but she sure needs some type of training. First of all she needs a better approach when she and her fellow employees first greet customers upon arrival (not a word from anyone). We knew the buffet bar would not be available when we arrive so we were going to order from the menu, so maybe she should have brought some menus to our table. At my restaurant she would need some basic training and a smile from the get go, yes, I own a restaurant too and I know what I'm talking about. By the way....we are sorry we bothered you while you were in your slow period of the day. So we spent $55.01 at another restaurant in Mount Olive.
