I can't say enough good things about The Cabins at White Sulphur Springs! Everything was perfect from the moment we made the reservation until the moment we checked out. Our cabin was perfectly appointed, spotless and extremely comfortable (the bed was amazing!). We enjoyed relaxing in the cabin so much that we did not spend as much time as we had planned exploring Mt. Airy. Our weekend in our cabin was very calm & relaxing, a very welcome retreat from everyday life...we grilled on the deck on night, had coffee outdoors in the rocking chairs in the morning and relaxed in front of the fireplace in the evenings. The only thing I really thought was missing was screens on the windows. As we were there in October and the weather was mild it would have been nice to open the windows and enjoy the fresh air without bugs coming in. Other than that it was pure perfection! I look forward to returning again in the hopefully not too distant future!

My stay at White Sulphur Springs while visiting family during Thanksgiving was perfect in every way. The location is ideal and nothing short of genius. Developer, Burke Robertson has created a feeling of serenity and getting "away from it all that is priceless. The charm of White Sulphur Springs is in its location and amenities. It is just minutes from the beautiful historic downtown in Mt. Airy where there is much to see and do ( Mt.Airy is a.k.a. Mayberry) Or, take a day trip to the Blue Ridge mountains during the day. In the evening you can retreat to this slice of paradise away from the hustle bustle of life. Driving in over the bridge at night is spectacular and you know you are going to a special place. The interior is decorated beautifully with comfort at the top of the list: from cozy leather furniture to the ambiance from a fire at night in the fireplace.
Burke Robertson left no stone unturned in creating a visit that is now a treasured memory.

Due to a death in my wife's family, we needed a place to stay in our former hometown of Mount Airy and The Cabins at White Sulpher Springs were recommended to us. What an excellent recommendation it was! Though we were going through a very difficult time, the staff made us feel welcome, embraced our situation with compassion and offered lodging quality that was second to none. We will definitely be back very soon and have already recommended The Cabins at White Sulpher Springs to friends and associates!

Room Tip: You cannot go wrong with any of the cabins. All offer superior craftsmanship and down home comfort. There is not a detail that has been overlooked.

My hat is off to developer Burke Robertson for his vision of The Cabins. All of the elements are there for a perfect, low-stress, peaceful Get-Away: It is convenient; the amenities are fabulous and well thought out; the furnishings are first class and comfortable; it is safe and quiet. At the same time, it is minutes from the charms of Mount Airy, recently voted North Carolina's finest Main Street.

I went with my wife. We are going back. And bringing friends.

My friend and I recently stayed in one of the cabins and it is without a doubt the most well thought-out design with quality furnishings and thoughtful amenities than any cabin I've ever experienced in my 56 years. Unfortunately we were only there for one night--I would have been completely content to have been there at least a week! Everything has been done with such good taste and it not only did not disappoint me, it totally exceeded my expectations (and that is hard to do!). Looking out onto the gorgeous property from the deck, it is so incredibly scenic and peaceful. You feel as if you are much deeper into the country even though you are only 5 minutes from downtown Mount Airy. Very special property--if only I could buy a lot and build a home!
