“Very nice stay.”

Thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay waiting for a morning flight at this property. Everything about the property is modern and very nice looking, Bed was excellent (firm), restaurant on property very good and a nice little bar and store off the lobby as well. I have been recently living in a Hampton Inn (300+) nights and while my Hampton is great this property was nicer. As a smoker I was very impressed to see a covered (and heated) smoking area just off the main lobby and the hotel seems to have thought of every thing. While there was no problems with the staff during an enjoyable stay they did NOT come up to Hampton standards. While pleasant enough they just don't seem friendly and certainly I did not see the willingness to go the extra mile as in Hampton properties. There was one minor issue with my room on check in and they were VERY quick to fix it and gave me points to make up for it as well but there was just something missing in staff friendliness. Still a great stay in a very nice property.

Thank you for such a gracious review of our hotel! We are glad to hear that you found our hotel comfortable and accomodating during your stay. We do, as you stated, attempt to "think of everything" in the hopes that our guests will not have to lack any of the luxuries that they may have while at home. I am though, sorry that you did not find our staff to have the same friendliness of the Hampton that seems to be your home away from home. We strive to create a culture of friendliness and service, and while it seems we met our goal in service, we did not quite reach it in terms of friendliness for you. We aim to improve with everyday, so thank you for letting us know where we have room for said improvement. Again, we truly appreciate the time you took to review our hotel, and hope that you come back to stay with us on your next visit to the area!

We stayed here day before heading home to PA. Great location and friendly people. Hotel is very clean and modern. Kids enjoyed pool. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast. Very convenient to Raleigh Durham Airport - Free shuttle.

My daughter was traveling alone and her flight was cancelled indefinitely. The next flight was not until 6:00 the next morning and she didn't have any money ( teenager),nor a place to stay. The staff at the Hilton were extremely understanding and helpful and made sure that she was well taken care of and even called the room to check on her. As a frantic mother, I can't thank Phyllis & Chip enough for going the extra mile; other hotels should take note!

The staff went out of their way to check and see if everything was okay. A nice experience! The lobby was very welcoming and the restaurant was a nice one. It is conveniently located near the airport and I would certainly consider staying there again.

This Hilton Garden Inn has a lot of folks staying here because of it's close proximity to RDU airport. I think that is the reason it is worn out some. The rooms need to be redone as far as the mattresses and pillows go. Not as comfortable as some of their other hotels. My suggestion is to get memory foam pillows. One other note when I went to change the sleep settings the mattress was stained. Otherwise the dining was good.

There is nothing better to stay near to the airport. The hotel is clean, neat, beautiful decorated, room decoration and accessibility good enough. The attention in the front desk was excellent, everything was set even it was a last minute reservation!!!

My sister and I needed a hotel near the airport in between flights and chose HIldon garden Inn because I am a Hilton Honors member and the hotel was where we needed to be. We were treated very well. The shuttle picked us up on time (rare thing) and the check in clerk was very pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable, we slept 12 hours! Next morning breakfast was great. I had french toast that was amazingly well prepared. On the way in and out we got complimentary water bottles. Nice touch. The only thing that was not perfect was those room service dishes laying outside rooms too long.
