“Best brunch in town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 6, 2013

La Patisserie in tucked into a small strip center, but the lines
at the door tell you that everyone else has found this gem
as well. Everything from pastry to omelets to salads and sandwiches is
first-rate and fresh from scratch. You can plan on a traditional
breakfast or simply pick up both breakfast and lunch items in
one visit. It opens at 10am on Sundays and is usually packed.
It may make sense to wait an hour later and not feel rushed.
The service is very friendly and efficient.

“Only so-so and high prices”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 15, 2013

Have been here many times. Their pastries are hit or miss. Sometimes they are wonderful and sometime are only equal to grocery store quality. Have also had a few lunches. Again those are hit or miss. Seems like it depends on whos cooking or baking. And to top it off their prices are by no means cheap.

“So Disappointing!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 12, 2013 via mobile

We stopped by on Sunday for brunch at the Brawley School Rd. location and were disappointed in the food, service and pastry selection. I have loved their pastries purchased at the original spot so I was surprised to have such a bad experience. I ordered the Norwegian Eggs with smoked salmon. The salmon was unbelievably salty and did not taste like smoked salmon nor did it look like smoked salmon. The potatoes looked good but tasted as if they had been made days ago and reheated. My husbands muffin was heated in a microwave instead of toasted. We tried to buy pastries but found most items sold out. We requested spoons for our coffee but did not get them.

“Great lunch spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2013

Fabulous pastries and custom cakes. Great salads, pasta & sandwiches, or a nice place to have a cup of coffee. 2 locations in Mooresville - the one on Brawley School Rd. is a little nicer.

“Quaint cafe and delicious!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2013 via mobile

Quaint and very clean restaurant!! I always notice when a restaurant is very clean!! Anyway, we went for lunch. Had the beef crepes! Sooo good!! The serving size was perfect too!! Also, their baklava is the best I have ever had!!! Seriously!! Heard they did beautiful wedding cakes. Took a look at some photos. Very impressed!! So, I have asked La Patisserie to make my wedding cake!! Paola is great and very easy to work with and I can tell she knows her stuff!! I will post of photo of our wedding cake at the end of September! I just know it will be beautiful!!
