“Authentic style taquerilla!”
Reviewed April 25, 2012

This is the closest I can find in town to a Mexican Taquerilla. Everything I have had is fresh. The carnitas tacos are the best in the area by far. The servings are a good size. This is one of my new favorite stop on the way home from work restaurants. And if you want you can have a cerveza! The restaurant is always clean and neat. The staff are great, efficient, professional and care.

“Great Tacos!!!”
Reviewed March 15, 2012

Have been here twice over the past couple weeks! LOVE the steak tacos! Also heard rave reviews from a friend about the carnitas tacos! Not so much love for the burrito or chicken quesadillas that my husband & children respectively ordered. The burrito was huge just not that flavorful and the chicken quesadillas contained really big chunks of chicken that hadn't had their marinade drained enough, so the quesadillas were soggy & gross. Note: the huge chunks of chicken didn't add to the visual appeal...it looked as gnarly as it tasted. My kids didn't even finish them, they were that bad. They have eaten the plain cheese quesadillas there before and they were just fine...it was the chicken addition that didn't go over so well. The main guy on duty at the register was very friendly and helpful and it seemed that the cook that day might have been new. So, we'll definitely go back and give the quesadillas another chance...however, we'll specify to drain the marinade and cut the chicken into smaller pieces. Tacos, though, are awesome; although you only get 2 as compared to the 3 at their sister restaurant, The Prickly Pear, but the price is around $2-2.50 less, so it only stands to reason. I believe one could easily order a la carte so adding another taco, if need be, would be an option. Yummy guac!
