We had an impromptu dinner here and were pleased overall. I had not heard of this restaurant but noticed it when driving through downtown Mooresville. The complementary valet was nice. We did not have reservations and they appeared busy. The wait was to be about 15 minutes so we waited in the bar. There were several seats available at the bar which was unusual but nice. At the the table the waitress was very nice and the menu is fairly extensive. There were several people attending to us so we were never low on drinks or attention. I had a 16 oz prime rib and my wife had a veal chop. She said her entree was excellent. Mine was good, tender and done just right. A couple of times an owner or a manager came by to check on us and I did see them actively working the room and checking on others. I had a creme brule' for dessert which tasted good but was not of good consistency. Too runny for a custard. The atmosphere was very nice and as loud as you would expect for a busy Friday night. You knew that even though the experience was upscale you were still in Mooresville because of the people in jeans, shorts, tee shirts and other inappropriate garb for a nice dinner.
