Not like any ruby tuesday i've been to before. Called and made reservations. Showed up 15 minutes later and they said there were no reservations made. Hostess was not friendly, seemed put out that we wanted to change from a booth to a table because the booth was too small for four people to sit comfortably with food in front of them. Of course the table we were put at wound up being tighter especially with another party at the table next to us pushed up against us. . Wife ordered crab cake, thinking it was crab cakes, like most places would advertise. It was a crab cake (single) about 3 inches in diameter, for $12.99. Looked at the menu later and seen that it was indeed crab cake (single), so i guess that was our mistake. Very hard to get the waitress to come back a second time to bring us more cheesy biscuits, which like the other review, were the size of a 50 cent piece. Salad bar seemed smaller than most ruby tuesdays that i've been to with a limited selection. . I ordered a full rack of ribs which were very good as always so no complaints there. The dessert was good as always. Just wasn't even close to the kind of service or portions that i've enjoyed at other ruby tuesdays that i've been to. Shoulda drove 12 miles down the road to Longhorns Steakhouse for their ribs and then i could have gotten the wild west shrimp appetizer, too

The salad bar is always kept full and fresh and the mini turkey sliders are quite tasty. We like them better than the regular beef sliders. They often send coupons by mail for a discounted night out for dinner. My daughter loves the cheesey garlic biscuits and they have good ribs! :)

We choose Ruby's for lunch when we want a reasonably quick lunch because we like the salad bar. But, if you want a quick lunch and want to order from the menu, avoid this place. We have consistently had slow service during the lunchtime rush, and sometimes when we have the salad bar only, the staff still isn't that responsive because they are busy with other guests.

The quality of the food is decent here, and the staff are very nice.

The Mebane location was good when it opened but the service has steadily declined. We would only visit when we got a coupon in the mail and even then we'd get a take out meal. We haven't visited for a long time but we recently received a coupon in the mail. We were unhappy that we couldn't redeem it for a takeout meal though. We decided to take the chance and visit. Big mistake. I ordered the Asian Salmon with Zuchinni and salad bar. The salad bar is not as good as it used to be. The Apple salad was mushy. The Ham pasta salad tasted like they'd used cheap dressing. They didnt' even have any crackers. We didn't receive any cheese biscuits which would have been nice since my friend had nothing to munch on while we waited some time for the meal to arrive. My salmon was small about 2" x 4 ", charred and overcooked. It hadn't swam in an ocean since before I was born. I can't believe the price they charged for it, $14.99. The 5 slices of zuchinni were raw. My friend's New Orleans Seafood was ok but they forgot the rice. We had to ask several times for cheese biscuits. I thought the commercials said endless cheese biscuits but I must be wrong. Ever since they introduced them we have to practically beg. They biscuits were about the size of a 50 cents piece and they were white not golden brown and crusty like we've had in the past. It is clear this location is a great place to work because they allow you to spend time standing around talking instead of doing any work. The whole time we were there the wait staff and hostesses were hanging around the bar/ drink area having a good time. Mebane doesn't have much to offer and this place shouldn't even be considered. Keep going to Burlington or even better Greensboro. Its a shame because there isn't anywhere in Mebane to get a steak or ribs
