“Great Tour - Well Worth the Trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 3, 2012

I haven't been inside a cavern in years, so this was a real treat. Tour guides are sharp, helpful, and polite. Highly recommend this attraction for the family.

“My kids loved it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 30, 2012

This was the first time my kids were ever in a cave and each of them enjoyed it very much (ages 6, 7, & 10). We were prepared for the 52 degrees temps based on other reviews, so we were dressed appropriately.

There is very cold water (with trout) running through the whole cavern. The formations are pretty interesting looking. There are no steep climbs or difficult areas during the tour, the floor is flat/paved. There is one short set of steps near the end of the tour that you don't have to climb if you can't. The guide allows you to go through one narrow space (if you want) and toward the back of the cavern the guide will turn all the lights out (but you will clearly be alerted before this happens).

You are allowed to take pictures. Mine turned out great with just a basic camera. Bring a sweatshirt and don't touch the walls (except in the one place where the tour guide tells you to!)

It was a very interesting place and the tour was worth the price (not too short and not too long).

“In deep”

For years we have wanted to visit this place and finally got a chance and glad we did. Wonderful experience, friendly staff and found out what REAL darkness is.

“Lovely cavern”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

My daughter and I love caving and have been to most of the caves in around here. These are not the most magnificent but there are plenty of beautiful formations and an underground stream.

“Fun adventure, doesnt take long to finish”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2012

We really enjoyed this, exciting enough to be fun but not too scarey or long. Paved walkway throughout but narrow in some spots and rocks hang down so watch your head ! Our guide was a very personable young lady. Suitable for anyone young or old - no climbing or steep trails down. Gift shop is very cute and has alot of look at.
