We like BBQ but are not fond of "carolina" style. The meat here was very good and they provided an assortment of sauces so that we could chose what we wanted. We felt we got a good value for our money and that is very important to us. We will go again when we are in this area.

My wife & I really enjoyed the food here at butts. We both had the pulled pork. We were served within 5 minutes of ordering by a super nice young lady. The portions were more than we could eat. The Onion Rings were fantastic, and again a huge portion (probably 100). We were very impressed with the tea and lemonaide. We will absolutely eat here again in the fall when we bring up our large group. Prices were very reasonable. We really enjoyed watching and listing to Jonathan creek right outside of our window. We got really lucky the night we were there, the Butts family was having a reunion and we got to meet Harry Butts, Seymore Butts, Ima Butts, Granny & Papa Butts. Great People!!

We had ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The brisket was cooked perfectly, the ribs were almost falling off the bone and the pulled pork was juicy and tender. Real lemonade not from a mix and fried corn to boot. I will be coming back for sure.

Butts has good basic BBQ and good sides. The setting it directly on Jonathan Creek and offers a nice setting. Service is just OK and you cannot get BBQ chicken ( except for pulled chicken) until after 4pm. This limits the restaurant for me to only dinner or takeout.

great food, came late and still got served...Have deep fried corn on the cob..That was a new treat! Ribs were tender and not those saucy ones you get elsewhere. Will eat there again.
