Ribs were good and so was the salad bar.

Fried chicken was hot and tasty. My wife had a grilled chicken blt wrap and said it was very good.

Server was wonderful, made sure we got our order in before the big party that was there.

We are not mountain folk. We live in flat territory basically at sea level. We were staying in an Airbnb mountain cabin with a view, but failed to take into consideration that to achieve the beautiful view in the pictures required a trek up a mountain. We arrived at our cabin in late afternoon, after a super stressful drive with no GPS (also failed to take into consideration that our cell phones might lose signal), a car that was struggling up the incline, and a road barely wide enough for our car. We were stressed, hangry, and then we realized. . . we also had no food other than some goldfish crackers. This was ridiculous, in hindsight, but felt dire in the moment. Having just made it up the mountain, no one in our group wanted to brave going back down it for provisions, especially as night was falling and the road was not only narrow, but unlit.

We turned to Google, as a modern traveler with poor planning skill does, and found that Rendezvous promised free pizza delivery in the Maggie Valley area! It seemed too good to be true, but the woman who answered seemed nonplussed, asked the address, and said they'd deliver. We only saw pizza options online but I asked if they had salads too and she agreed to include one. She said it would be about 9pm. As it got dark and 9pm approached, I (in hanger and lack of faith) became convinced no one would come, since they closed at 9. But lo! Promptly at 9, I poked my head out the door, and the pizza guy had just arrived!!! I thanked him profusely, babbled about my fear of mountain driving and how much they had saved our night. He seemed amused, and handed over the food.

I expected sub-par food but didn't even care. BUT! The food was great! We were thrilled. My four year old declared it was the best pizza he'd ever had. The salad was delicious! It saved our vacation night and we were finally able to relax and destress.

So: should you find yourself up a Maggie Valley mountainside with questionable driving skills and a fear of coming back down, don't hesitate to call them to rescue you! THANK YOU!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite, decided on the #1 Maggie Valley special pizza....basically an everything pizza. Very cheesy and delicious, crust is medium but cooked in a brick oven so delicious and chewy. Beer was cold, service great and a tiki bar outside as well.

We stopped here because we were not really sure where to eat in Maggie Valley and saw that the reviews were good. We were pleasantly surprised at just how good it was! The staff was great, the food was good and the prices were very reasonable. And, according to my husband, they have the absolute coldest beer any where!!! We ate there twice while in town and would eat there again in a heartbeat should we return to Maggie Valley!

This restaurant not only has good food and reasonable prices, but the owner and his staff are warm and caring! We ate here 3 times in 9 days. Once for lunch, once on Sunday morning for brunch, and another time in the evening when there was live piano music and a super female singer. Dancing, even! The food was perfect each time.
Homemade salad dressings too which I love. My husband loved their fried chicken and there was a buffet bar too with other choices as well. Mike, the owner, was right there on premises, overseeing his servers, so that all is just right. And it was! We are older and have been around a while, so we know and appreciate nice people and good quality food. We even met some of the locals who were eating there and they say thumbs up to this place, so the truth is out. Maggie Valley is a lovely place to visit and we will return as quickly as time permits. You go, Rendezvous!
