“Something fishy and it's good!”
Reviewed May 19, 2014

my wife and I stopped here after a long day of driving. What a welcome meal! she had the pecan crusted trout while I had the high country trout. They were both delicious! Servers were busy with a wedding party there. Our wait was a little long for the entree but we were informed of the progress many times.

Thank you!

We greatly appreciate the review, and are happy to hear that your dining experience was pleasant.

The pecan trout and high country and both quite popular.
We have started using local Green man IPA in our Porter Batter Trout if you are in the mood to try something new!

We look forward to your next visit

“Good Food and Service”
Reviewed February 15, 2014

We went back again last weekend and had a very nice dinner. Our service was very prompt and everything was delivered in a timely manner. We had one of the trout dishes and the shrimp and chicken pasta. Both were very good. It's a cozy place that we enjoy.

“Good service horrible food”
Reviewed December 27, 2013 via mobile

We wanted a special evening the night after Christmas but got a highly disappointing experience at a very exorbitant price in a extremely cold (temperature) restaurant.

The meal inauspiciously started with a heavily salted French onion soup and crab & shrimp bisque which were too salty and were sent back. Others in our party had the Cesar salad and fried green tomatoes which were very good and gave us hope for the main course.

Unfortunately the main courses were a complete disaster: burnt pizzas, grainy Alfredo sauce with pasta, and tasteless, dry chicken fingers (fries were good).

We ended our culinary hardship with two great desserts: the Fudge cake and ice cream sundae were excellent.

“Excellent Food and Service”

First time for me and my husband...dear friends who live there took us out to dinner. Recommend the shrimp and grits as an appetizer....we each had a different dish of trout...all were excellent. Can't wait to go back.
