Our waitress started out warm and friendly but when my son didn't have his drink order ready right away it seemed to go downhill. She said she would tell us the specials first, which she did, then she left without getting his order. Then she brought him a drink he hadn't ordered and seemed irritated that it wasn't what he wanted. The food and drinks were delivered in a timely manner but she just was NOT friendly. We are easy and friendly restaurant patrons so I'm not sure why it's so hard to be nice. Definitely not a Southern hospitality feel!
The portions of the kids' pasta are pretty small - when you figure how cheap noodles are it is surprising.
I had the shrimp and grits with red eye gravy and it was VERY good. I just don't think we'd go back because we're afraid of the waitress!
