We feature pork and beer specials along with a seafood and meat special every night. Our Outer Banks restaurant features live music in the backyard and almost every night after dinner in the summer months. The backyard, where the wind turbine is, features a beer truck, corn hole, a picnic table-style seating area with a pirate ship playground for the kids! Come relax and kick back with some brews and let the kids play on the playground! Our beer rotation is constantly changing and we brew special beers all year long. We hope to see you here soon!

“Good food and beer!”
Reviewed April 28, 2014 via mobile

We chanced upon this brew pub while on a little NC vacation. Being a bit pre-season we were seated quickly in a cool, quirky dining room . The service was prompt and friendly. The food was very good( we both had fish), and the beer was fabulous ! We would definitely eat there again when we return to the Outer Banks!
Try it !!!

“not very good”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

Went to the Outer Banks Brewing station given the many positive reviews and also featured on DDD. I ordered the shrimp and grits appetizer and was not impressed. It was one of the worst preparation I have had with the coffee in the red eye gravy overwhelming any flavor in the rest of the preparation. The grits were lumpy and under seasoned and with the gravy mentioned above you could not taste the flavor of the relatively small shrimp in the dish or the grits. My wife who is vegetarian order the portobella mushroom burger. The burger had a few very thin pieces of Mushroom that tasted as if marinated in a vinaigrette dressing (not my idea of a savory preparation for a burger) It was very sparse and tasted more like a salad than a burger. One item that I did enjoy was the shrimp PoBoy sandwich which was spicy and quite good. My overall impression from this visit was an over rated restaurant. I would not go back.

“Don't order the Crab Dip!”
Reviewed April 27, 2014 via mobile

The steak salad was huge and pretty good. When the crab dip was delivered it was a plate of bread with a small side of crab dip. I had to send it back. No apologies from the manager. But the bar tenders serving us were great.

“Great beer!”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

The lemongrass beer is unique and tasty and the Oslich was light and refreshing. The house salad was generous and fresh with a good house-made balsamic dressing. The scallop and risotto appetizer was beautifully plated and excellent! The scallops were perfectly seared and the risotto had a unique and tasty flavor with the bacon and pumpkin. The NC pork sandwich had good flavor but the texture was a bit off-putting with a tunafish-like consistency in lieu of the customary pulled-pork preparation. The serving of hush puppies was generous. A great beer and appetizer place!

“It was Okay”
Reviewed April 27, 2014

The best part of this Microbrewery was the beer. This restaurant was also seen on Guy Frieri's show. For a meal, I had the pulled pork, hushpuppies, and coleslaw. Disappointed with all but the hushpuppies. The pulled pork was basically mashed like tuna fish, and the vinegar based flavor was weak. Service at our table was good and friendly.
