What a cool surf shack with killer food at affordable prices for the whole fam! An outside area with corn hole ping pong and live music in the early eve- check it out ! Don't leave without sipping on a Bonzer punch or trying the Gouda grit cakes

As many of the restaurants in OBX have a tropical surfer type themes, this one did too. The service was fast and the atmosphere was cute. I had a black bean cake with ranch lime dipping sauce--very different and very good. Nice crunchy outer layer with a softer interior. I also had the grilled tuna sandwich--also good. I would definitely return to this eatery.

We went here while vacationing the OBX. Worst decision made. The proportions were horrible for the price. I asked the waitress how many shrimp came with the $9 shrimp appetizer. She said 4 jumbo shrimp. I ordered it and got 4 medium shrimp that tasted like rubber and were very chewy. I also ordered sweet potato fries and there was around 8 of them for $4. I was very disappointed with the food. The morning after being there, I spent about 45 minutes on the toilet. Sorry for being graphic, but it was necessary. I will not go here again.
