Enjoyed stopping in this place each time we visit the OBX. Happy to recommend it. You can drink your tasty coffee and watch the people next door paint their ceramics.

“Consistently great for over 10 years”
Reviewed May 30, 2012

Manteo, Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills Front Porch locations all full of great coffees, yummy baked food items, whole beans, friendly atmosphere and artsy decor. I've been a regular for a long time and highly recommend! So if visiting, be sure to pass Starbucks and keep on truckin' south to enjoy true OBX flavor. Tell Maria I sent you.

“Glad I Found Front Porch Cafe”
Reviewed May 14, 2012

We tend to visit the Outer Banks during the off season, which can make it sometimes challenging to find a decent cafe or coffeehouse. While in town I was in such a position when my usual cafe was closed after 2:00pm, jonesing for some java, I headed up route 158, stumbling upon Front Porch Cafe. Great location, pleasant staff, and decent enough coffee/espresso. I like a mocha in the p.m. and this cafe certainly fit the bill. On site WiFi, (you'll have to ask for a login and password which they provide upon checkout) comfy seating, from bar stools, lounge chairs, to sofa and workstations for you laptop. It's everything you expect to find in an upscale cafe.

“Great coffee, awesome staff”
Reviewed April 25, 2012

Front Porch Cafe is an awesome, quaint cafe that serves an array of delicious coffee. The staff is super friendly and seem to have a great rapport with the locals who frequent the store often. They even have a white board where they display coffee favorites of the locals like "The Mike," "The Deb," etc.- it's such a nice detail to show their customers they care. Even though I don't live in the area, whenever I'm in OBX I stop by for a cup of coffee that always lives up to my expectations.
