We stopped here to try some wine. The people serving are always so friendly and knowledge about the wines you taste. It was fun and most of the wines I tasted were delicious and very tasty.

Stopped in on a day trip to the Outer Banks. We have passed it many times, but I had an out of town guest visiting and since she is a wine lover, we stopped in.
The tasting is free and we sampled 10 wines! The wines were really good and we had so much fun talking to the gentleman pouring our wine. He was knowledgeable and very nice. Went home with 2 bottles.
We will be back!

This winery is a hidden gem. The free wine tasting was enjoyable as our hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly. They make 18 different wines and they were all wonderful. Bottles are very reasonable at $15-$25 apiece. Some of the wines were sold out when we were there which speaks to the popularity of their wines. The place was packed when we got there, but we got a place at the tasting bar almost immediately.

Great winery located on Route 158 close to the Outer Banks. Great wines, dry wines are smooth. Fruit wines are not too sweet. Free tastings! Bottles are around $15 and up, worth it. Visit the Cotton Gin Shop up the road before or after. Well behaved pets allowed.

I came with a group of 12, all of us are from New York. We did the tour through Vineyard Voyage, and it was such an adventure to say the least! We had to take a speed boat, then safari truck just to get to the vineyard. The inside of the vineyard is beautiful, and the employees are so informative and helpful. They offered stain removal for those who spilled red wine on their white shirts and the stains came out instantly. They even sell the stain removals at the counter with the wine! The wines were so tasty and they have something for every pallet, from dry all the way to sweet. They even have wines that donate to whale and wild horse conservation if you are the charitable drinker. The tour hosts were so pleasant, we had such a great time! I have been to my fair share of wine tours back home in New York, and this one went above and beyond! Definitely worth the $69 for the trip. Be forwarned, if you go on a windy day like we did, you will be soaked on the boat, so dress accordingly!!!
