Not a bad hotel just had a few little visitors that decided to camp out in the room as well. Found a huge water bug on the floor and then as I was taking a shower had a bug on the shower curtain. Spoke with management and they were very understanding. Breakfast was ok

The beds were uncomfortable and felt very worn out. We had a huge stain in one of our chairs that was wet so we couldn't use it to sit down. My daughter left a necklace by mistake and of course they 'never' found it. We only paid $50 a night so that was good. Breakfast was pretty sad too. If we go back, we will not be staying there again

This was a nice hotel for the price. We selected this hotel because we needed the shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived, the staff advised they would check into the shuttle and let us know if it would be available at the time we needed. Later that same day, I went to the manager's reception in the lobby. I was advised by the staff at the desk that the shuttle was not available and the staff person just left it at that. The manager that was there spoke up and said they could not provide a shuttle as they has something to do with their child the next day. However, there was a visiting manager who offered to provide the shuttle. I later learned that this visiting manager was there to assist the hotel in improving things. I am glad that the hotel kept to its word and provided the shuttle.

After the first week they started a hot breakfast and that helped a lot. All the staff where nice, the cleaning crew needs a little training on how to clean rooms they would not make it in Vegas. A low average is what I give they

Room Tip: All rooms are nice just out of date and the bathrooms are tiny

Very run down for a Ramada. We booked the hotel because it had a pool for the kids, and it was July. The pool was shut down because they didn't take care of the chemicals, and it turned green. We also chose it because it had a continental breakfast. One day they ran out of breakfast food very early. The whole time we were there the ice machine by our room was broken after being told the first day it would be fixed. We also never had any soap in our room. We asked the front desk if we could have soap for washing our hands as we brought our own to wash with. We asked several times and was told each time someone would bring it to our room and never did. On two days our rooms weren't cleaned. When we did have our rooms cleaned, on two days they took our towels and didn't replace them. Upon check-out I asked for a manager. She offered to give us half off one day, and that was all. I did call Ramada Corporate and they did refund me one more day. Overall, this was a bad experience.

Room Tip: Check room before you book.
