This is my third time back and the water is a little different each time. I got a great video from directly under the falls. You can easily spend an hour walking down to the base of the falls. Make sure you have the time. The walk is easy.

This attraction is really a spectacular sight even at freezing temperatures. The parking lot and attraction was easy to locate and the visit took all of 20 minutes. The trail is a very well maintained path of steps descending down to the waterfall. There are benches along the way and the steps are not steep. You can walk directly under the waterfall and at the time that we visited the path was covered with ice pebbles and beautiful icicles. They also have a path with handicap access to view the falls and bathrooms as well.

This well-known tourist attraction is one of the many luxuries of living just 20 minutes away. It is anything but touristy, and well worth the visit! Whether you hike all the way down to walk beneath/behind the massive waterfall or simply view the majestic beauty from atop any one of the resting points, it is sure to fill your sense of appreciation for nature. It's a good idea to pack a picnic and bask in the beauty and serenity of Dry Falls.

I expected Dry Falls to be be dry., but It's anything but dry. We went in early November and the leaf foliage was still vibrant surrounding the falls. The location is easy to find and the parking lot very accessible, but crowded this time of year.

The walk down from the parking lot is easy and kid friendly. Fun for young and old

Easy to find and an easy trail. You can walk behind the falls! No fees to park. Not an all day thing. Maybe 30 minute visit.
