The food and service are impeccable at Paoletti's and we try to eat here each time we visit. Excellent wine list and they have Riedel glasses available on request.

Every meal we've had has been wonderful so I don't know where to start on what to order. The olives and bread before hand are perfect. The atmosphere is busy but not overly noisy. It is a great place for groups.

In our 15+ years in Highlands, we have NEVER had a bad meal or experience at Paoletti's. Contrary to what JSTaylor1000 said in her review, we were at Paoletti's that night. We were in the back of the restaurant as well. We are weekly patrons of the restaurant. The 10 men mentioned were there having dinner after a day of golf. They were a bit loud, but we're not cursing, yelling, or being disrespectful in any way shape or form. Just laughing and having fun. It did not bother us in the least. We were able to enjoy our meal and have fun as well. The people mentioned above were moved away from the noisy table before they even ordered appetizers. We watched them enjoy their meal and leave. Management came by their table several times during the meal to ensure that everything was to their liking. Management did not act the way this person said they did. We were witnesses to the whole evening. Sometimes people get upset when things do not go how they perceive they should and take an opportunity like TripAdvisor to bash a Restaurant's reviews just to "get back" at them. Please disregard their review and read the plethora of positive reviews from their many patrons. I would HIGHLY recommend Paoletti's to anyone visiting the Highlands area.

After reading the poor review below, I felt I had to comment on Paoletti's. When making a decision to come to Highlands, the first thing we do is call Paoletti's, to ensure we get in. Julio, the manager, is one of the many reasons to go there. Typically Italian, he kisses on both cheeks and always remembers us and our friends. His service of the great wines is unique and entertaining. The food and service are always exceptional. Every single bite of food we have ever eaten there is fantastic, and trust me that is a lot of bites! We made a reservation and then had to change the night, they accommodated, then we had to change (add) the number of guests, they accommodated, and all within our desired timeframe.

Paoletti's is truly wonderful restaurant with a top shelf management team. Go enjoy the great atmosphere with a fine glass of wine while you await a beautiful plate of Italian food...you won't be disappointed!
