Our group of 14 ladies traditionally dines at Paoletti once a year during our girl's weekend trip. This year marked our 14th dinner and we are always treated so well despite the large size of our loud group. Julio makes us feel welcome and special. He selects our wine and even offers tastings to satisfy all of our diverse palettes. We never feel rushed or ignored and we actually believe that the waiter assigned to us in hand-picked by Julio himself to make sure our dining experience exceeds the year before. He is a master of hospitality. Three Cheers to Paoletti...great food, special wines and lots of fun.

After being away from Highlands for a while, we returned to Paoletti's for dinner. Still great food and a wonderful ambiance. One of the best!

This was the highlight of our recent visit to the Highlands. We dine out often, but rarely find a a jewel like Paoletti's. The entire meal was delicious, with an exciting menu, and knowledgable and attentive wait staff. The atmosphere was vibrant, yet cozy. My overall score, "Fantastic!" We're looking forward to a return trip--soon!

This was my wife and mine first visit here. Ryan and Julio were very helpful describing the items on the menu. I had pasta and my wife had the filet mignon. She said that it was the best she had ever eaten. The shrimp and scallops in my pasta was excellent. Also, our dessert was to die for. Definitely a place to bring friends and family.

Spending the summer here, we have opportunities to dine out several times weekly. Paoletti's always delivers and last night was no exception. The lamb chop is always excellent, the rack of lamb was delicious with brocilli robe was outstanding. The wine list is so extensive that I require the assistance of Julio Bonilla, a very knowledgeable sommelier and a most accomodating gentleman. The meal always starts with calamari, always tender and cooked to perfection. This is definitely a "must go to" place for visitors to the great Western Carolina Mountains.
