“Fantastic, tasty, healthy”
Reviewed May 22, 2014 via mobile

We saw lots of cars so decided to try it out and so glad we did. Spouse had the pizza of the day - thin crust with cheese, black beans, & salsa & he LOVED it! That is saying something since he would normally not touch a meatless pizza!!! It came with fries which were baked and not fried. I had the chicken Cesar wrap. - yum - the dressing is light and tasty along with unique potato salad!!

Great atmosphere as well and current tunes playing in the background!

Thank Lovemygym

“High hopes dashed”
Reviewed May 14, 2014

This restaurant should be slam dunk in High Point, but sadly did not deliver. The side items tasted like they were dumped from a can. The biscuits that were served in the "bread" basket were definitely from a can and accompanied by tasteless pork rinds with a small offering of honey butter. One could get better "southern" cuisine from a cafeteria for less cost. The decor was hillbilly with metal siding on the walls. Such a shame since this would be a definite plus in High Point. The entrees were not worth leaving home for. The appetizer of fried green tomatoes was tasteless and I ordered their deviled eggs, but never got them.

“"Southern Inspirational Cuisine"”
Reviewed March 16, 2014

High Point's first farm-to-table restaurant does not disappoint. We had fried chicken and salmon cakes for dinner last evening. The fried chicken was pan fried and served with smashed potatoes, roasted carrots and beats and a fantastic gravy. The salmon cakes were served with risotto and roasted vegetables. There's a full bar, and a nice complement of craft bottled bears and wine. The restaurant was packed; we settled for a a high-top in the small bar. Service was excellent. There's a large open kitchen where you can watch preparations. The atmosphere is casual.

Emphasis is on fresh, not, frozen, source materials from North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Menus change with the season according to chef brothers Tony and Ronnie Stevens.
