Went on a Friday night at 6:30, pleasantly surprised no wait. Listened to 4 hostesses discuss a reservation who didn't show for a little while. At one point one said, I hate people. We were then seated. We were in a booth but restaurant was loud. Tables seemed very close together. Took a little while to get service and then waitress wanted to take our order quick because another table was sat first and they were already mad. I have been a waitress so understand but not really my business. Husband had steak, I had chicken. Both excellent. Chicken an excellent value. Brown bread was warm and delicious. Balloon man was amazing but did not expect balloons at outback. And really added to the noise. Drinks stayed full. Waitress was nice but told us way too much about her personal life. I have been to several outbacks, and always felt relaxed. This one had an expensive fast food feel.

Short of a premium steakhouse like Morton's, Ruth's Chris, Sullivans, etc., this chain is our favorite. We normally go to a store in Greensboro, however, when we went to this one we found a newly rennovated store with great waitstaff and wonderful food. Good choice in you are in the Triad.

We have visited this Outback on several occasions. Depending on when you go depends on the wait. This is a good place for families to go. The staff is friendly and eager to serve you.
At our last visit they had a balloon artisit which was great for our kids. They enjoyed getting their balloons. The food was excellent. It is hard to beat the Outback special with a salad and a side for $10. this is a good place for good food at a reasonable price.

I have eaten at this Outback several times during the last few years. The service is always good and the food is always near fantastic. If you go during prime ime you can expect to wait for 30 to 60 minutes. The blooming onion appetizer is delicious if you like deep fried onions. Their filet mignon is real tasty (my favorite) but not the best by far. Occasionally you will find chewey parts of the steak that cannot be completely chewed up. That should never happen on a well trimmed filet. This location is always clean and the staff very friendly. This is a good place for families and business meetings.
