We went last night to this restaurant. Small, not much seating, but still quaint and there was no wait. Ordered a mix of sushi, shrimp dumplings, and several combos to experience several types of dishes. Sushi was as good as the best places in Greensboro- the highlight of the trip. Shrimp goyza was also excellent. all of the cooked dishes were overly salty with little flavor- chicken and beef. tasted like cooked low grade chicken thighs with only soy sauce on it- definitely not worth the $15, and the volcano roll was the only sushi disappointment- covered in so much plain mayo (not even a typical sushi sauce) it was greasy and tasted like mayo.
Stick to the rolls not deep fried and you will have a pleasant experience. Forget about everything else on the menu.
Sodas come from 2 liters in the back. They might run out of what you are drinking and sub with whatever 2 liter they still have left!
we would go back, but for sushi only. Staff were pleasant, though overworked, and always rushing, and frequently forgetting basics like silverware (though great on keeping drinks refilled!). except a modest wait for food, not unexpected for sushi, but longer for cooked food.
