overall stay was good. Kind of noisy in the late evening. check in staff not very friendly but when I checked out women was very friendly

Rooms need TLC: Shower curtain rod was loose, carpeting ripped, trim was loose, and lock on door was broken. After housekeeping cups and towels not replenished. Keys stopped working several times. However, bed was comfortable and with the air conditioning on it was quiet. Font desk staff was variable - one was confused when we arrived and a great person checked us out.

It was OK. The room was clean, but seemed kind of small compared to other Baymonts I have stayed at.

We were totally unimpressed. We had been driving in the rain for hours and were very tired. We arrived just after 10:00PM and had to check-in through a window although it was pouring rain outside. The receptionist was very indifferent to conditions and wasn’t very pleasant or welcoming. See pretended she couldn’t hear us when we tried to ask directions through her little window. This is an old type of motel each room has a separate entrance door from the outside. The room was clean but very old style and it felt very damp inside. Actually, you couldn’t tell the difference between the rainy weather outside and the humidity inside. Even the bed sheets felt damp and cold. It’s OK for the price but I don’t recommend this location if you have other choices. The breakfast was continental style we considered it but decided the nearby Cracker Barrel would be a better choice.

Room Tip: See if you can find one which actually feels as if the humidity is better inside than outside.

We checked in late becasue we were driving in. We asked for a room on the ground floor, but when we arrived that room was right underneath a group of loud partying guests. Before we checked in, I asked the clerk if we could move because of this and she immediately picked up the phone and called that room to tell them to stop being so loud. I know that group of people saw us drive up so they knew it was us that complained. With sort of an attitude, the clerk got us another room on the other side of the hotel. This hotel is on the highway and I am sure she gets alot of rude guests, but she just didn't have a "can do" willing customer service attitude.
The person on duty when we checked out was great! The breakfast was good.

Very clean and friendly staff! Always stay here when we are on a business trip. The other review I gave was a family stay at Wingate by Wyndham in Savannah Ga. In June also.. It was excellent too!! Plan on staying at these hotels again in the near future!
