This Hampton Inn had a very modern, natural look to it. Colors were blues, grays and brown with stone used to create dividers in the lobby/breakfast area. The room was redone as well and very comfortable. The TV had HD channels which made watching the NFL much more enjoyable. The breakfast offerings had fresh fruit, cereal pastries/breads/waffles and a fair number of microwavable sandwiches. This was a very enjoyable stay for the money.

Room Tip: Since the hotel is about a 1/4 mile from the highway, I would suggest a room in the front of the hotel as that would be the furthest away from the potential road noise.

The Hampton Inn in Hendersonville, North Carolina, is neat as a pin. Our King room seemed a little small but had lovely wood paneled closets, comfortable bed, and quiet A/C. The only thing they should change is their breakfast. You choose a "bag" and microwave it according to the number on the bag. Not only were they a little overdone, but it's far from fresh, and you can't get eggs without a bun. Someone in management made a poor decision here. Also, the TV was hard to use; why do they do that, do they want their guests to be frustrated?

We appreciate knowing the things that please you as well as those areas that need our attention. I apologize that our breakfast was not to your satisfaction. Due to North Carolina State and Henderson County Health Department regulations, we are not able to serve any hot items that are not individually wrapped and microwavable. These standards were put into effect a couple of years ago. I also am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the television service in your guest room. We strive to please all of our guests and appreciate your comments.

With your input, we can constantly monitor and change our product to maintain the high standards of quality and performance that have become a Hampton Inn tradition.

My husband and I stayed here once again for our yearly trip to Hendersonville on our way through to Gatlinburg and even though we only stay 1 night it's always worth it! The King bed suite is always comfortable and the bed makes us almost never want to get out of it LOL The bathroom is roomy and is always clean. The continental breakfast was good and the orange juice really hit the spot as we were heading out the next day and we loved the fact that the apples in the fruit stand are locally grown and picked! Keep up the great work!

Wonderful indoor heated pool (sublime experience on a cold day). Great lobby, nice appointments in rooms including multi-plug unit for charging stuff. The fresh cookies are a nice touch as well. Not the best neighborhood, but close to a myriad of nice places to eat

This hotel seems rather new with nice decor and friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and business center handy and useful. Small frig in room is quite useful. The continental plus breakfast is satisfactory. The location is great and easy to get to many places.
