Enjoyed breakfast, and plan on returning for dinner sometime soon! Impressed by friendly, efficient service; and cleanliness. Food was good and priced reasonably.

Great family restaurant with really good food selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want to feel welcome and enjoy good food just off the beaten path, don't miss Blackberry Mountain Cafe. It serves the best BLT in the region and the prices are equally good.

This is absolutely perfect! Everything comes complementary except for the water, you have to pay, but besides that, excellent service and it is just the lost precious place!

I have eaten lunch here several times in the past three months. It has a surprisingly diverse menu for a place this small and unpretentious. I especially appreciate their variety of side dishes. Their soups are always good. Service is very good.

The cafe is so small it is easy to miss but make a point of looking for it and you will be so glad you did. The modest exterior and overall location are misleading because inside, tasty culinary surprises await. We usually go at lunchtime and order off the menu. We have sampled many selections--soup to dessert --and all have been excellent. The asparagus soup is chock full of tasty tips and is perfectly seasoned-not too thick or over salted. The Reuben sandwiches are hearty and all ingredients are well-balanced. The blackberry cobbler is delicious. Sides are the real deal. Last time my husband order a twice baked potato which was made from scratch all the way. The cooks know what they're doing and the waitstaff is excellent--friendly and attentive but not hovering. Fresh ingredients and quality bakery goods enhance every selection. The atmosphere is casual, friendly with an old time-y feel. Tables are spread far enough apart so that there is plenty of privacy for conversations--even with large groups.
Special occasion (Mother's Day, Easter) meals are offered and during warmer months, some weekend evenings for dinner.
