Delicious food and friendly staff!Meal can with soup or salad which was very good and the main course (for me it was Panang Curry) was fabulous! Definitely recommend.

Stopped for supper last night. As always from the appetizers to the main course dishes everything is over the top! We had the fresh rolls and shrimp dumplings to start and moved into the crispy pad Thai , shrimp volcano all highly recommended! Go and prove me wrong:):):)

This used to be my recommended Thai restaurant but we hadn't been there recently. Too many changes to menu and lowered quality of food now. The lunch menu is now based on a combination of meats/noodles and "sauces". This is instead of the usual curries and stir fries. The "sauces" contain the vegetable combinations and seasonings. In my case if was soft shell crab with panang sauce. the fried crab tasted old and "off" and sat in a puddle of curried carrot, bamboo shoot and broccoli. It was way too salty. I ordered crispy duck with panang "sauce" and dom kha gai (coconut chicken soup) to go. When I opened that at home, the "crispy duck" was a small aluminum packet of tired sliced duck, an aluminum packet of soupy sauce that was messy to deal with; the soup contained slices of chicken in the broth and a few very tired mushrooms.
I lived in rural Thailand and have been eating Thai food since the 1960s. I can deal with the translation of Thai food to the West, but not in the manner which Thai Spice is now doing. The vibrant Thai cuisine shouldn't be reduced to a small selection of interchangeable "sauces", tired veggies, and warmed up packets of previously frozen poultry/seafood. Thai Spice please find other means of cutting costs.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, great Thai food, large portions, individually prepared with "spicy" level designated to own taste. Will expect to wait a bit on weekends,.

We always try to visit this restaurant when we are in town. The restaurant is very tastefully appointed, the food presentation is artfully done, the staff is very professional--- non-intrusive and friendly and, of course, the food was very good classic Thai.
