I flew up from Florida to meet my daughter and granddaughter for a three-day weekend and we found the Ramada to be very clean, comfortable and convenient, We had no complaints with our room and the beds provided a good night's sleep....the breakfast bar was fine, nothing extraordinary, but the coffee was hot and in good supply along with eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, breakfast pastries, yogurts, fruits, and waffles. My only inconvenience was having to pay high taxi fees to and from the airport since the Ramada had no shuttle service. Other than that, everything was fine...

Clean as a whistle; comfortable beds; very quiet. The hot breakfast was nothing to write home about, but hotel lobby breakfasts typically aren't -- but hey -- it's enough to get you started in the morning. The hotel is small enough to have the feel of a family place, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. A cut above most budget priced hotels.

I was staying in the Asheville area during the peak season and not able to find a place inside Asheville, but this place was not too far away and considerably less expensive. It was about thirty minutes from the Biltmore estate.
. First... Dont make a reservation through those .com sites. Look up the rates online and then call the hotel and ask for them to match that rate. In some cases you might get an even better rate. In my case I did. The rate for Saturday night was a LOT higher then Sunday night. I was able to book it for Sunday night for only $60. Keep in mind that same weekend the rates in Asheville were above $200 per night for similar digs!! The night before this hotel I stayed in a nightmare it cost $90 (was a DUMP)so I was very greatful to find a decent clean hotel in Hendersonville and the drive was not a bother.
That being said... This was not a perfect stay, but comfortable, clean and pleasant all around. The woman at the front desk when I first arrived was cold and unfriendly. I had arrived about a half hour before check in and she said "all" the rooms were still being cleaned!! I returned after check in time and she was much more pleasant.
The self serve breakfast was decent. They had the belgun waffle maker, a juice machine, coffee, danish, muffins, eggs and sausage. Plenty to start your day. The breakfast buffet price was included in your room.
My room was clean, my bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. (Like night and day from the motel stay the night before)!!! I would recomend this hotel if you need a reasonable room in both price and comfort.

Room Tip: Stay in Hendersonville to save a little cash when Asheville breaks your bank!!
